I beg to differ. Drinking more often in a smaller glass is helpful to trick one's brain into believing that there is no restriction while, due to the fact that I can only drink while not working which is a very narrow period of the day, actually taking more time to consume the same amount of wine. In the long run it shall help decrease the quantity.

Perhaps an important variable that leads to this outcome is the fact that I am, apparently, physically unable to get drunk. I assume this can be seen as beneficial by some, but I believe it to be quite bothersome at times.
