PIPER 90
- Upon being brought to a different dimension from his prison cell, the Counselor starts out as his usual cautious self, with the simple objective of keeping a low profile and piecing together the intricacies of the environment that surrounds him.
- This plan is quickly thrown out of the window when he witnesses people from other points of the timeline - his agents.
- Blinded by the similarities between Jorgmund and Project Freelancer and his need to save face to show how ultimately perfect and faultless he his, he takes a spectacurlarly huge misstep with his entitled apology.
- It's in that moment that reality ensues and reminds him that just because his methods have worked in the past they don't necessarily have to work now. Rather than accepting that, he attributes his lack of power to his aging process and 'skills decaying'.
- The inability to feel secure triggers a downwards mental spiral where the emotions he had kept quiet for more than a decade resurface, and he reverts to the version of himself before Project Freelancer. The one that no one knows about, because he deeply loathes it. For this reason, he deliberately antagonizes everyone, but there are a few exceptions...

AGENT WASHINGTON
Agent Washington changed since he was in the project, but Price always knew he had it in him. Price feels many people underrate the cold side of him. He seems to have lost some of his memories. ("Hypnosis could help, but of course he would never let me intervene. I am saddened by his reaction to me being on the Rig, but I understand it. I must admit his death threats scared me.")
AGENT SOUTH DAKOTA
Agent South Dakota's presence feels much more enjoyable now, for some reason. She too made many enemies on the Rig, but there is hope for her and it might be entertaining to watch. Price appreciates that she refused to kill him, but thinks he shouldn't read too much into it as she likely regrets it.
AGENT NORTH DAKOTA
North's acting according to profile, hasn't changed in the slightest. He reminds Price of someone who was very important to me before the project. Hopefully, one day, he will be witnessed destroying people just to pride himself on how he fixes them afterwards. Price cherishes his dark side as much as the rest.
AGENT NEW YORK
It is nice to see him retain his friendly nature while also not hesitating to mistreat someone he perceives as a threat, although he decided to target Price specifically. It makes a nice addition to his personality. Price does, however, wish all the agents realized that he is not the enemy...
AGENT CAROLINA
Agent Carolina has changed completely. She doesn't want to entertain any drama and acts like she doesn't care about the Director anymore. It's clear that she doesn't care as much, Price wonders how her new self is. It does make him miss the Director more, though, now that Carolina has detached from him completely he feels like he's lost him.
LAVERNIUS TUCKER
Alpha's second in command after Agent Florida's death changed the rankings in Blood Gulch. Price hasn't interacted with Private Tucker much, but apparently they have been assigned as roommates and now they are in the process of moving. Price expects him to leave dirty socks and tissues in our dorm a lot, but for now his honesty is so refreshing that he doesn't mind that thought.
SAM WINCHESTER
A nice and civilized young man. He didn't mistreat Price during the mission and accepted the box cutter he gave to him. ("He appears to be one of Daniel's roommates, perhaps the next time I stop by to bring breakfast I could take enough for everyone...")
DAN SAGITTARIUS
Price is honestly unable to comprehend this man. No matter how much he warns him, he insists and treats him nicely. Price doesn't know what his agenda could be, but he will try to enjoy this doomed friendship while it lasts. His noospheric powers make Price very uneasy. He can feel and manipulate people's emotions with a single touch. The mere thought makes him feel filthy...
SETSUNA HIGASHI
Price cannot stop thinking about this child. Despite never meeting her in person, she was the only one being nice to him when everyone else wasn't. He would like to do something for her, but he would probably scare her. He hopes nothing bad ever happens to her.
CATRA
They got high together once before she knew about what Price did, and he doesn't blame her for being upset. She's a very young woman and he does not wish her harm, but her harsh words haunt him.
