Hopefully Aiden can get that job. It will make things far easier, or else AM will have to sweeten himself up to whomever does get it.

AM does lean back in his chair and consider Aiden's question. What does he want? "I suppose money never hurts, of course."
But there is a slight wistfulness with the way he says it. Money is power, and AM once had a lot of money. He still technically does, he supposes, but that's all used on lawyer fees and appeals. Should he ever escape this rat cage, then he may have access to his fortune again. But it has absolutely dwindled considerably.
